GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed in India are catered to by safe and reliable courier companies.
We offer safe and secure credit, debit and internet banking options for Visa and MasterCard holders. In addition, we offer COD (Cash on Delivery) across India.
CASH ON DELIVERY
We offer cash on delivery, which requires you to pay Rs 100, should you choose to use this payment method. However kindly note that COD is only a payment option; customers are required to make the full payment for their order before they open the package. The product once ordered and confirmed for is final; COD products cannot be tried or returned at the point of delivery. Kindly note that the COD option is not valid for a try and buy facility. It is merely an option for payment.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING
We will send an email confirming your order and may contact you to confirm this before shipping the products. We would also be happy to track your shipment and will provide you with any assistance you may require post ordering. We will do our very best to update you on the status of the shipment via the email address you would have provided us with.
All prices are inclusive of 12% GST.
We try our best to ship our pieces to you within 7 working days. The shipping time for customized orders and out of stock products would however be longer and we would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post ordering as well. These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.
Though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to find an alternative solution to make your pieces reach you. EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each piece. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the pieces. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them.
- If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
- Please note that not all products are eligible for exchange. All made to order products are non returnable and non exchangeable. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale." Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
HOW TO EXCHANGE?
You must inform us within 7 days of delivery of the product. Please send us an email to email@example.com with order no and attach an image of the piece purchased. Once you have mailed us, please ship out the pieces to the following address:

The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. When we deliver your corrected pair, we will take care of the shipping.
Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We would require all original papers to be returned with the product.
TWOFOLD reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges..

Post Script- All custom made orders are non-returnable.
- We don't do free international shipping. The cost of the courier needs to be bourne by the customer.
- To place an international order, please write in to us.
Your card will be billed by Paypal when your payment is confirmed and subsequently the package will be shipped to its final international destination.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
TWOFOLD has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FABRIC AND PRINTING DISCLAIMER
We use premium fabrics for all our garments hand sourced by our team. All our prints are Hand-Blocked Printed and may marginally vary in each batch of print. All photographs are for representation purpose and are shot to try and look as close as possible to the original product ordered but may have marginal colour variations from the actual product.
We use an "all over print" design for most our products and the positioning of artwork may be different from that as displayed in the picture.
Each of our pieces is hand-crafted and made with a lot of love and care. We use hand-loom/organic fabrics. Our detailings are also hand-done, and we use one of a kind buttons/trims/patches/embroideries.
We request you to look after each piece with utmost care. All are pieces are colour tested, but we mention specific care instructions for each piece on our website. Please do read these carefully. Also read the tags on the inside of the garments carefully. Some pieces are dryclean only. The right care is necessary to maintain longevity of handcrafted pieces.
Since we work largely with handloom cotton, there is bound to be slight colour bleeding for the first few washes for certain colours only. So please follow the wash care instructions mentioned. With each wash the fabric only gets softer.
